Volunteer Opportunity: Join Team GS and participate in New York Cares Day

On Saturday, October 18, Team GS will join 8,000 other volunteers to help paint a brighter future for New York City students. We will be assigned a school in need where we will help out with a variety of projects such as: painting colorful murals; adding bright new line games to the playground; organizing the school library; planting flowers; and other vital tasks to create a great learning environment for the students.  Find out how great it feels to help give thousands of children cleaner, safer and more stimulating environments in which to learn and grow. If you would like to be part of the team, visit www.newyorkcaresday.org and click on "Join a team" and select "GS - Columbia Cares" from the drop-down menu. Don't miss this great opportunity to meet other GS students and to give back to our community!
